Role Description The Key Account Manager Pan India is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing and growing strategic corporate cafeteria accounts across India. The role involves building robust relationships with key clients, understanding their cafeteria and catering needs,



and coordinating with internal teams to deliver technology and on-site services that meet agreed standards. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account performance, monitoring service quality, conducting regular review meetings, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Platos’ solutions. The Key Account Manager will also handle escalations, track customer satisfaction, prepare business plans and reports, and support the implementation of new features or services in client cafeterias. Collaboration with operations, catering partners, and product teams is essential to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
