Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging content for our social media platforms and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, solid communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging posts, reels, videos, and creatives.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop ideas and concepts for reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and campaigns.
Write creative captions, scripts, and social media copy.
Shoot and edit basic videos and reels using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats,



sounds, and audience preferences.
Plan and maintain a content calendar.
Collaborate with the HR/Marketing team to create content for company activities, hiring, events, and employer branding.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.
Maintain consistency in the company’s brand tone and visual style.
Requirements
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Good writing and storytelling abilities.
Basic video editing and graphic designing skills.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Portfolio or samples of previous work will be an added advantage.
