Role Overview
We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to own campaign delivery for mobile app user acquisition campaigns. We need someone with hands-on MMP platform expertise and publisher relationship management experience.

You will manage the full lifecycle of affiliate-driven app install and engagement campaigns, from publisher onboarding through performance analysis and fraud detection.

MMP & Tracking:
Configure and manage campaigns in AppsFlyer and Adjust (event tracking, deep linking, postback setup)
Generate tracking links and manage link governance across publishers
Monitor data integrity; identify and troubleshoot tracking issues in real time
Use Protect 360 (AppsFlyer) to detect and block fraudulent traffic
Validate attribution across platforms and reconcile discrepancies

Publisher Relations & Operations:
Onboard current affiliate publishers; provide technical setup documentation
Manage ongoing publisher relationships; respond to technical and operational requests
Communicate performance data, conversion rates, and payouts
Coordinate with publishers on campaign launches,



bid adjustments, and optimizations
Build relationships that protect campaign quality and drive volume

Reporting & Analysis:
Pull daily/weekly performance reports from AppsFlyer, Adjust, and publisher dashboards
Analyze CPL, CPI, CPA metrics; identify performance trends and outliers
Provide actionable insights on publisher quality, install sources, and fraud patterns
Create dashboards for internal stakeholders (strategy team, finance)
Validate publisher claims against platform data

Campaign Optimization:
Monitor live campaigns for performance anomalies and fraud signals
Recommend bid and targeting adjustments to improve ROI
Scale high-performing publishers; pause or reduce low-quality sources
Work with strategy team on budget allocation and publisher mix

Required Experience
4+ years managing mobile app UA campaigns via affiliate/publisher channels
Expert-level hands-on experience with AppsFlyer
