Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with at least 1 year of full-time experience to manage our end-to-end recruitment pipelines and oversee daily HR operations in office in Delhi. You will play a pivotal role in candidate sourcing, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining smooth day-to-day HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions across tech, sales, and content teams using job portals and social networks.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle complete candidate documentation, orientation, kit distribution, and seamless exit processes.
HR Operations & Payroll: Track attendance, manage leave logs,



process basic payroll inputs, and maintain accurate employee records.
Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve grievances, and plan internal team-building activities.
Compliance & Policy Administration: Assist in updating workplace policies in line with Indian labor regulations and ensure smooth HR processes.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time HR generalist or core recruitment experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with standard office suites (MS Excel, Word) and basic HRIS / ATS platforms.
Soft Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with basic Indian labor law compliance; prior experience in edt
