About the Role
Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA), an international institute offering professional courses in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and other emerging technologies, is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive.
The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, counselling prospective students, and driving course enrollments through effective communication, follow-ups, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle cold calls and warm leads to identify prospective students and convert them into enrollments.
Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable professional programs.
Explain course structure, curriculum, benefits, fees, and career opportunities clearly to prospective students.
Follow up consistently with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




Generate new leads through business development and lead-generation activities.
Maintain and nurture the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Conduct effective academic counselling and address candidate queries or objections.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and support them through the admission process.
Collaborate with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Sholinganallur centre.
Qualifications & Requirements
1–2 years of mandatory experience in the EdTech / Education industry.
Proven experience in cold calling, warm lead calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Solid, confident, and persuasive communication skills.
