Positive understanding of Hydraulic Schematic and circuit design
Good understanding of various control systems including pressure compensation, load sensing etc. and selection to the requirements & applications Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation
Good knowledge in Problem solving methods and solutioning.
Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products GD&T;, tolerance Stack up Application in Hydraulics Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards Mobile Hydraulics domain knowledge is must.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Skills :Digital Pump / Software-Controlled Pump Design:
Experience in designing pumps with individually controlled pistons managed by software for high efficiency and flexibility.
Advanced NVH Analysis: Proven ability to analyze and mitigate Noise, Vibration, and Harshness in complex hydraulic systems.
