Hiring: Business Development Manager

A leading integrated marketing agency is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive high-value client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and expand its presence across India and international markets.
This is a senior, ownership-driven BD role for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships with decision-makers, lead complex sales conversations, and convert opportunities into revenue.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Driving new business across integrated marketing solutions
• Building relationships with CXOs, Founders, Marketing Heads & Procurement teams
• Developing market expansion strategies across priority regions
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
• Leading client presentations, negotiations & commercial discussions
• Working closely with strategy, creative and other internal teams to build winning pitches




• Building strategic partnerships and referral channels
• Representing the agency at industry events and networking forums
• Mentoring junior BD professionals and driving revenue forecasting

What we’re looking for:
• 6–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Experience with advertising, digital, branding, media, PR or integrated marketing agencies
• Robust existing network among CXOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers and business owners
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent executive presence and communication
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently lead client conversations
• Experience handling multi-service agency pitches
• High ownership, accountability and relationship-building capabilities
