About the Role
We are hiring a Product Lead who loves to experiment, move fast, and use data to decide what works. You will constantly identify ways to improve the product, test ideas, and turn them into live updates. This is a highly hands-on, high-ownership role. You will be expected to figure things out and get them done across product, data, experimentation, technology, and people.
What You'll Do
Generate product ideas from user behavior and get them built and launched.
Design, set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
Research competitors, recent AI tools, and consumer products to find opportunities.
Work directly with data - analyzing metrics, fixing data issues and pipelines, and ensuring numbers are reliable.
Work with engineering and design to get product changes live quickly.
Take notes, document experiments and decisions, and keep execution moving.
Manage people and coordinate work when required.




Support founder-level and company-wide initiatives when needed.
Look into problems across the company, figure out what needs to happen, and make it happen.
What We're Looking For
You have prior consumer app experience and a strong understanding of product metrics.
You have a bias toward action - you build and ship rather than over-plan.
You’re technically strong or technically inclined, with the ability to understand how things are built.
You’re comfortable working with data, experiments, tools, and technical teams.
You value high ownership, and are highly responsive and comfortable with a broad, fast-moving role.
You naturally look for what can be improved and don't wait to be told what to do.
