Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udupi. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and qualify leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, presenting service offerings, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery. The Business Development Executive will maintain accurate records of interactions and deals, prepare proposals and quotations, and contribute to sales strategies and market expansion. This role requires consistent follow-up, performance tracking,



and collaboration with management to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation through research, outreach, and networking.
Strong understanding of Business development processes and Account Management to nurture and grow client relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and confident client presentations.
Experience or interest in digital media, photo editing, or related design services is beneficial.
Proven ability to meet targets, negotiate, and close deals in a B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Comfort working in an on-site team workplace in Udupi, with strong organizational and time management skills.
