We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects within the allotted timeline. This role demands solid leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and dependencies
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end projects, adhering to established timelines and budgets
Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Lead and coordinate resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project momentum and quality
Coordinate with client, team and business analyst to make sure that the documents are ready and approved on time
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverable
Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle
Prepare performance reports to measure collective and individual performance
Requirements
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite, while a Master’s degree is highly regarded.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies is a must.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Gantt chart, etc.
Experience in the E-commerce, BFSI and/or IT industry is preferred.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
