About The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from manufacturing, industrial, logistics, warehousing, recycling, or similar sectors.





The candidate will be responsible for blue-collar, frontline, manufacturing, and industrial hiring for the Pune location. The role requires robust sourcing capabilities, hands-on experience in volume hiring, candidate engagement, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, frontline, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
Manage volume hiring requirements for plant and operational manpower.
Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, local sourcing, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct effective Boolean searches and keyword-based sourcing to identify relevant candidates.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, salary, shift requirements, and job suitability.
