? We’re Hiring | Marketing Manager / Marketing Head – Antibiotic & Injectable Portfolio
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for our Antibiotic & Injectable portfolio with a Pan-India business mandate.

? Experience: 12–18 Years
? Qualification: Graduate in Science/Pharmacy with MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma in Marketing
? Reporting To: Division Head
? Team: Product Managers / Group Product Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive sales, market share and profitability across the Antibiotic & Injectable portfolio.
• Lead brand strategy, portfolio management and lifecycle planning across the assigned therapy areas.
• Develop impactful promotional strategies and communication platforms to strengthen brand positioning and drive prescription growth.
• Lead new product launches, line extensions and lifecycle management initiatives to expand the portfolio.




• Drive KOL engagement and customer-centric strategies to build strong scientific and skilled relationships.
• Generate and utilize market intelligence, competitor insights and therapy-area trends for effective strategic decision-making.
• Optimize promotional investments and ensure maximum ROI on marketing spends.
• Lead periodic brand reviews covering primary/secondary sales, market share, ORG/CMARC data, profitability and business performance.
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Market Research, Commercial, Training and other cross-functional teams for effective strategy implementation.
• Ensure timely development and deployment of promotional inputs, brand communication and field-force initiatives.
• Conduct regular field working and customer interactions to understand market dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Coach and develop the marketing team to build a high-performance and future-ready talent pipeline.
