Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in kolkata,jaipur,Jalandhar,Delhi,Agartala The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory management. The role involves leading and coaching the store team to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain high standards of store presentation. The Store Manager monitors store performance, implements initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and conversion,



and ensures adherence to company policies and retail loss prevention practices. This position also collaborates with central teams to execute campaigns, collect customer feedback, and support NEWME’s brand experience in-store.
Qualifications
Strong store operations and Store Management experience, including inventory handling and team supervision,Also background from apperal industry
Proven focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, mentoring team members, and reporting to leadership.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and ability to enforce compliance and security standards.
Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, with an understanding of Gen Z consumer preferences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze sales data, and make decisions that improve store performance.
