About the Role
Rawmart Material Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Representative to drive B2B sales of TMT Bars and Structural Steel products. The role involves identifying current business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, generating enquiries, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving sales and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the steel/construction material market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B customers across construction, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing and related industries.
Generate new leads through cold calling, references, market visits, networking and digital channels.




Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, fabricators, infrastructure companies, project consultants, dealers and institutional buyers.
Promote and sell TMT Bars, Structural Steel and other steel products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and commercial solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, demand and market trends.
Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, quotation and sales data in CRM/MIS.
