We are hiring for Oracle Fusion HRIS & HR Technology Transformation will be responsible for managing and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM operations across HR processes, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruiting (ORC), Helpdesk, Digital Onboarding, Reporting, and Integrations.

The role will serve as the primary HR Technology SME, ensuring system stability, business continuity, governance, audit compliance, stakeholder management, process transformation, reporting excellence, and AI-driven automation initiatives.

The incumbent will act as the bridge between HR Operations, HR Technology, IT, and external partners, driving continuous improvement through technology, analytics, automation, and emerging AI solutions.

Job Description
1. Oracle Fusion HCM Operations & Support
Act as the primary SME for Oracle Fusion HCM across all modules.
Manage end-to-end issue triage, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalation.
Monitor integrations, batch jobs, OIC, HDL, SFTP transfers, and system interfaces.
Manage user access, roles,



permissions, user provisioning, and security governance.
Ensure compliance with incident management SLAs and maintain high system availability.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues.
Coordinate with Oracle Support, implementation partners, and IT teams for system resolution.
Maintain system health monitoring processes and proactively identify risks.

2. Stakeholder Management & Business Requirements Governance
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between HR Operations and HR Technology teams.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with HR process owners.
Maintain and govern centralized requirements and enhancement trackers.
Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Ensure proper prioritization, approvals, and governance of all technology enhancement requests.
Publish regular status reports on requirements, projects,
