Director – Strategy & Operations
As an engineering-led, AI-native contemporary tech consultancy, Searce doesn't do "traditional". We are looking for an Architect of the Audacious to lead our most complex transformation initiatives. You aren't just managing a team; you are the master strategist and hands-on builder who dismantles assumptions to design what’s better.
If you thrive in chaos, think in systems, and default to execution over theory, you belong here.
Your Mission: The Role
As a Director, you are the bridge between visionary company strategy and scalable business impact. Your mission is to evolve high-level growth initiatives into precision-run operations while ensuring we embed a lasting competitive advantage for our clients.
What you will wake up to solve:
Lead High-Stakes Strategic Programs: Independently own and drive end-to-end organizational design and massive transformation initiatives, including cost optimization and cultural change.
Architect Future Operating Models: Design the governance frameworks, processes, and tools that allow us to scale at pace.
Master Stakeholder Influence: Facilitate high-level workshops and coach diverse teams, ensuring clear and effective communication from the C-suite to the execution floor.
Champion Operational Excellence: Build and monitor the "engine room" of the business, maximizing efficiency while maintaining rigorous compliance.
Drive Financial & Strategic Health: Analyze financial data to drive profitability and partner with HR to ensure our people strategy matches our evolving business needs.
Identify Growth Levers: Proactively identify new business opportunities and co-innovate with clients to "futurify" their operations.
Functional Mastery
Transformation Leadership: Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs from inception to measurable outcome.
Systemic Problem Solving: Natural creativity that solves at scale and bridges the gap between long-term vision and short-term execution.
