WORK FROM OFFICE, which is located in Panaji, Goa

Responsibilities
Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
Create rough and final cuts
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
Continuously discover and implement current editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
Software Knowledge
1. Adobe Premiere Pro
2. Adobe After Effects
3. DaVinci Resolve

Skills required
1. Basics of color grading
2. Basics of color correction
3. Basics of sound design

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills,



including planning shoots, organizing footage, and coordinating with creative teams.
Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software and workflows.
Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance the overall look of the content.
Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging visual elements and on-screen assets.
Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of digital and social media content formats.
Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Relevant experience in digital marketing or agency settings, and familiarity with current video trends and best practices, is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design
