Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and other customers, and promote GYPMANTECH’s gypsum board products in the regional market. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing, delivery timelines,



and customer support, as well as maintaining accurate sales records and reporting performance to management. The Salesperson will actively gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to sales strategies that support the company’s growth.
Qualifications
Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or construction-related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical product information clearly and build long-term customer relationships.
Basic knowledge of building materials, industrial products, or manufacturing processes; experience with gypsum or construction boards is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets and deadlines.
