The Chance

The Head of Sales will lead Metayb’s global new-business growth agenda, with primary responsibility for acquiring enterprise clients across the CPG and retail sectors. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO,



this leader will open new markets, build senior client relationships, shape commercially relevant offerings and establish a disciplined, repeatable sales engine. This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who brings an active senior-level network and can personally originate, shape and close strategic opportunities while progressively building and leading a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will combine the credibility of a consulting leader, the commercial drive of an enterprise seller and the discipline of an organisation builder.

Revenue Growth and Client Acquisition

Own and deliver new-business revenue targets across identified global markets.
Personally originate, shape, negotiate and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
Activate existing relationships with senior decision-makers across CPG and retail organisations
