As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and customer-acquisition strategy for our STP Personal Loan portfolio.
Position Overview
The Strategic Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, customer acquisition, product adoption, and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fintech, banking, NBFC, or digital lending marketing. You should be comfortable managing both strategy and execution, working with performance data,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the complete customer journey—from awareness and application to approval and loan disbursement.
This is a high-impact role for a marketer who can combine commercial thinking, creativity, analytical decision-making, and hands-on digital campaign management.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy and Go-to-Market Planning
Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-level marketing strategies for STP Personal Loans. Identify priority customer segments, define marketing objectives, prepare channel plans, and align marketing activities with business and revenue goals.
Build go-to-market plans for new products, features, customer segments, offers, and lending campaigns. Ensure that campaigns are supported by clear positioning, appropriate communication, relevant creative assets, and measurable performance goals.
2. Digital Customer Acquisition
Plan, launch, and manage integrated customer-acquisition campaigns across Go
