Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Nanded, responsible for leading sales operations and business development for Kapil Solvex’s agribusiness and solvent extraction products. This position oversees key accounts,



builds and maintains long-term relationships with B2B customers in poultry, aquaculture, and animal feed segments, and drives revenue growth in existing and new markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, forecasting and reporting performance, guiding pricing and contract negotiations, and coordinating closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure reliable supply and customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will mentor and manage a sales team, ensure adherence to company processes and ethical standards, and represent the organization at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Qualifications
Strong sales leadership and account management skills, including experience in developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Domain knowledge in manufacturing or agribusiness, preferably in solvent extraction, animal feed
