Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development skilled responsible for generating business from exhibitors participating in exhibitions and trade shows across India and international markets. The role focuses on lead generation from exhibitor lists, client briefing, conversion, and execution coordination to deliver impactful exhibition stall solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA (preferred)

Experience

• 5–10+ years (Manager level)

• Experience in exhibition, events, B2B sales, or stall fabrication Is a Must Job Location
• Base: Mumbai (Mahim)
• Travel required for exhibitions (domestic & international)

Compensation

• Not a constraint for the right candidate
• Better than industry standards

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (Exhibitor-Focused)

• Identify and target exhibitors participating in upcoming exhibitions and trade fairs (India & global)
• Generate business opportunities directly from exhibiting companies across industries
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and upcoming exhibitors
• Achieve sales targets by converting exhibitors into clients

Lead Generation from Exhibitors (Core Focus)

• Source leads from:
o Exhibitor lists published by exhibition organizers
o Event websites, directories, and B2B platforms
o LinkedIn outreach targeting marketing/branding teams of exhibiting
