Technical Competencies:



In depth knowledge of Pipe Stress in Multidiscipline Engineering Projects in Oil and Gas, Power Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Refineries and Petrochemicals

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all pipe stress engineering and analysis activities during design and project execution phases.
Guide the pipe stress team in performing static and agile stress analyses using relevant software (e.g., Caesar II, Auto Pipe) for piping systems connected to static and rotating equipment’s in compliance with industry standards.
Handle engineering responsibilities for cross-country pipelines, buried pipelines, jacketed piping, and containment piping systems
Guide the team for preparation of detailed stress isometric mark-ups, critical line list and PID markup for stress systems
Comprehensive knowledge in designing pipe supports including spring hangers, expansion joints, and snubbers to effectively accommodate thermal expansion, vibration, and dynamic loads
