We are looking for a sharp, detail-driven Senior Business Analyst to anchor the requirements, configuration logic, and delivery rigor behind our Health Plan Benefit Management System — a critical platform that powers how health plans define, configure, and deliver benefit information across products and channels. You will live in the details — benefit rules, data models, schema changes, interface contracts, mapping documents — while keeping a clear line of sight to what each change means for our clients, our delivery timelines, and our product roadmap. You will be the bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, and our business clients, turning ambiguity into accurate, buildable, testable requirements that the team can execute against with confidence.

What You Will Own

Requirements Discovery &Analysis; — Partner with Product Management, business clients, and SMEs to elicit, analyze, and document complex healthcare benefit requirements. Translate business rules and benefit configurations into clear, unambiguous functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Schema & Interface Documentation — Author and maintain detailed artifacts — data dictionaries, schema specifications, field-level mapping documents, interface contracts, and process flows — that engineering can build to and QA can test against without guesswork.
Stakeholder Engagement — Run requirements workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions with internal stakeholders and external business clients. Confidently represent the analysis and configuration view of the product in every room you walk into.
UAT & Quality Ownership — Define test scenarios, partner with QA on test strategy, and lead User Acceptance Testing with business clients. Triage defects, validate fixes,and sign off on readiness before release.
Clarity and Accountability — Write crisp, unambiguous documentation. Push back on vague requirements and hand-wavy solutions. Hold yourself — and the team —accountable to well-defined
