Role Description The Navcom Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves installing, configuring, and commissioning navigation and communication (Navcom) systems on customer equipment and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include performing diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. The engineer will provide field service support, respond to service calls, and document all service activities,



including reports and recommendations. The position also requires clear communication with customers and internal teams, coordinating with project and engineering staff, and adhering to safety and quality standards during all on-site work.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve Navcom system issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess solid Field Service capabilities, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support.
Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for routine servicing, fault rectification, and system optimization.
