Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in Delhi, India, driving revenue growth and brand visibility for Diligentia Advisors’ conferences and exhibitions. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting event solutions to prospective partners, and negotiating agreements.



The specialist will support marketing campaigns by coordinating promotional activities, preparing sales and marketing materials, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging and event positioning. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, participating in client meetings, contributing to training initiatives for the sales team, and gathering market feedback to refine strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Sales Management and Training capabilities to support team performance, share best practices, and help onboard current team members.
