Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for guiding a sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves setting daily and weekly sales goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The Sales Team Lead will manage key customer relationships, oversee the sales pipeline, and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.



Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales data, preparing reports for leadership, coordinating with marketing and operations, and implementing sales strategies aligned with BeanBoutique’s product and platform offerings. The role also includes training new team members, optimizing sales processes, and representing the brand in client meetings and industry interactions.
