Role Description The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing current business opportunities for We Alll. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and involves daily research to discover potential clients, maintaining lead databases, and reaching out through calls, messages, and emails.



The person in this role will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with ongoing campaigns and business goals. They will prepare and share basic presentations or information kits, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and provide regular reports on lead status and conversion potential. The Lead Generation Executive will also contribute ideas to improve lead quality and support continuous refinement of targeting and outreach approaches.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in generating New Leads and managing Lead Generation activities.
Strong Market Research skills to identify target industries, segments, and prospective clients.
Effective Communication skills for engaging prospects and coordinating with internal teams.
Basic to intermediate Sales capabilities, including lead qualification and supporting follow-ups.
Comfort working with CRM tools or lead management systems and maintaining accurate records
