The Chance

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of insights for Epsilon PeopleCloud’s Customer Data Platform. The role will focus on helping data and audience owners understand the health, quality, readiness, and business usability of their customer data and audiences.



The Product Manager will define insight experiences across three primary areas:

Profile and audience health
Data onboarding quality
Cross-business-unit audience targeting

The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, data, analytics, UX, architecture, and other product teams to turn complex CDP operations into trusted, intuitive, and actionable insight experiences. This is both a domain and platform oriented role. The Product Manager will own the CDP-specific insights that customers and internal teams need, while collaborating with the central EPC Insights team to ensure consistency in metrics, user experience, authorization, reporting, and AI-assisted capabilities across PeopleCloud.
