Job Responsibilities :

Execution of research projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies and ethical standards.
Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation using statistical and qualitative methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the identification of research needs and the design of research studies.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication channels for research findings.
Stay informed about the latest research methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
Provide support in the development of research proposals, protocols, and data collection instruments.
Collaborate with team members to manage relationships with external research partners, academic institutions, and industry experts.




Participate in the ongoing learning and development activities within the Research Department.

Education Requirement :

Necessary: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
Desired: Development Sector

Experience Requirement :

Necessary: Minimum 7-10 years of social sector experience
Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
