Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment processes, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding activities. The position involves implementing and updating HR policies,



handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The Senior Executive HR will coordinate performance management processes, support learning and development initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting payroll inputs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to address workforce needs.
