About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business development for our Global Capability Center (GCC), Managed Services, IT Resource Management, and Outsourcing solutions.
The role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities with enterprises, technology companies, and organizations looking to build or scale their technology teams, establish GCCs, or outsource IT and business operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, staffing/resource management, outsourcing, managed services, and GCC models, with a proven ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Develop and execute a business development strategy for GCC, Managed Services, IT Resource Management, and Outsourcing solutions.
Identify, prospect,



and develop relationships with enterprise clients, mid-market organizations, technology companies, and potential GCC customers.
Generate new business through consultative selling, outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and industry relationships.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, closure, and account handover.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and business development targets.
Develop account-specific propositions based on client technology, workforce, outsourcing, and operational requirements.
GCC Business Development
Identify organizations evaluating GCC setup, expansion, transformation, or optimization.
Position the company as a strategic partner for GCC advisory, setup, talent acquisition, resource management, technology operations, and managed services.
Engage senior stakeholder
