Job Description:





Site Reliability & Production Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and mission-critical platforms within the Cards & Payments domain.
Experienced in Application Support, Splunk Monitoring, ITIL Service Management, Incident & Problem Management, API Testing, Production Deployments, and Reliability Engineering.
Good expertise in card management systems, digital card issuing, tokenization, payment processing, and digital wallet technologies.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing automation solutions, and improving system reliability through proactive monitoring and operational excellence.
Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, secure, and performant payment services.
