About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules, with proven experience in the service industry.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP MM and WM modules
Gather and analyze business requirements from procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations teams
Configure SAP MM/WM processes including procurement cycles, inventory management, goods movements, warehouse structures, storage types, and picking/putaway strategies
Manage integration points between MM/WM and other modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, QM)
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms - RICEF)
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business users
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
Support system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements
Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and SOPs
