Business Systems Analysis Analyst III

We are seeking an experienced IT Functional Analyst – SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Support analyst to join our IT support organization.



This role will provide functional support, issue resolution, enhancement delivery, and continuous improvement across Order-to-Cash processes. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison between Sales & Distribution business users, IT support teams, technical teams, and external partners. They will analyze incidents and service requests, identify root causes, document requirements, support configuration and testing, and help deliver reliable, scalable SAP Order to Cash solutions aligned with global standards.

The role also requires an AI-ready and automation-minded professional who can help identify practical opportunities to improve support productivity through knowledge management, ticket analysis, documentation, testing support, process standardization, and responsible use of approved AI tools.
