Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution/Technical Architect to lead solution design, architecture, integrations, automation, and technical delivery. The candidate should be hands-on, client-facing, and capable of guiding technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow solution design and technical architecture.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Lead integrations, APIs, automation, and workflow initiatives.
Provide technical consultation and lead client solutioning sessions.
Ensure security, performance, quality, and architecture standards.
Create technical designs, documentation, and best-practice standards.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.




Stay updated with ServiceNow platform advancements.

Must-Have Skills
8+ years of relevant experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
Experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Technical Lead.
Robust Solution Design & Architecture experience.
ServiceNow IntegrationHub / REST / SOAP / MID Server experience.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, and Automation.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Security & Compliance.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom ServiceNow applications.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA/CIS.
Experience with enterprise integrations and Agile environments.
