About The Role-

This is a high-impact Business Development Executive role working with the Founders to drive business development and project execution. The role combines ownership of the defence tender and business side of the business.

Key Responsibilities-

Sales & Business Development

Identify, qualify, and pursue business across Defence, Aerospace, UAV, GIS, and related sectors.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including client engagement, product presentations, follow-ups, and deal closure.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, online research, and industry events.
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, PSUs, aviation stakeholders, and private-sector clients.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and client-specific sales documents.
Monitor and respond to relevant tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities.
Identify, track,



and evaluate relevant defence and government tenders, RFIs, EOIs, and RFPs across MoD, DPSUs, GEM, CPP Portal, IREPS, and other procurement platforms.
Participate in bid planning, timelines, and internal coordination for tender submissions.

Technical

Develop a robust working understanding of ZOID's product portfolio (GIS software, CRPA Systems, AI solutions, missile decoys).
Conduct product demonstrations, field visits, and technical discussions with clients.
Assist customers during testing and integration to ensure smooth deployment and alignment of system requirements.
Prepare technical test documentation, compliance materials, and integration-related work.
Coordinate with the engineering team to align customer requirements with product capabilities and deployment plans.
Participate in deep technical sessions to address customer queries and support solution design.
