Provide Quick and focus-related root cause analysis on all Front end parts for failures reported from, CP5 & CP7 (Internal customer), Breakdown and field problem (External Customer) via FAP (Series).
Steer Supplier escalation program with management consultation whenever required
Analyze Warranty claim and field complaints for resolution for Supplier manufacturing defects
Ensure Part Product safety, COP, Legal requirements to achieve Customer satisfaction and define Technical factor for Critical parts.
Steer Change management process perspective to Parts Quality / PPA agreement to supplier.
Steer & implement quality improvement actions observed during management Drive (MAF, KAF & LAF) Observations during pre-series & Series phase.
