Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interview coordination and onboarding for retail staff.
Support HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor store staff discipline,



grooming standards and HR compliance through regular store visits.
Coordinate employee training, induction and awareness of company policies and procedures.
Handle payroll inputs, incentives, commissions and attendance-related activities.
Support PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Form 16 and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate performance management, employee engagement and grievance-related activities.
Maintain HR records in accordance with applicable labour laws.
Liaise with placement consultants and recruitment agencies across store locations.
Demonstrate robust proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
What We’re Looking For
MBA in HR / MHRM with 5+ years of HR experience.
Retail industry experience is preferred/required.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Good communication, interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
