Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can build UDIT's social presence into a distinctive, highly engaged and culturally relevant digital community.
This is not a conventional content calendar or posting role. The person will be responsible for growing our channels, shaping the personality of the brand in social spaces, building meaningful communities and creating a recognisable UDIT point of view across platforms.
The ideal candidate understands that every platform has its own culture and behaviour, and knows how to marry that with the personality of a brand to create communication that feels native, relevant and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Own the social media strategy, growth and evolution of UDIT across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging relevant platforms.




Develop platform-specific strategies rather than replicating the same content across channels.
Build solid and distinctive content pillars that reflect UDIT's identity, culture, people, pedagogy and point of view.
Develop strategies to grow reach, followers, engagement and meaningful community participation organically.
Build UDIT's social channels as communities where students, alumni, faculty, prospective students, parents, industry and creative practitioners actively participate.
Identify and develop student, faculty, alumni, creator and industry voices who can become part of UDIT's wider digital ecosystem.
Create social-first campaigns, recurring formats, series and digital franchises that can become recognisable UDIT properties.
Spot cultural moments, trends, conversations and emerging formats that UDIT can meaningfully participate in.
Build collaborations with relevant creators, designers, artists, entrepreneurs, alumni and commun
