About the Role
Medantrik is looking for an experienced and highly skilled 3D Model Artist to join our creative team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in 3D modeling and be able to create high-quality, detailed, and production-ready 3D assets.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed and accurate 3D models from reference images, drawings, concepts, or specifications.
Develop high-quality hard-surface and/or organic 3D models based on project requirements.
Create clean topology and production-ready models.
Handle UV unwrapping, texturing, materials, and shaders.
Set up lighting, cameras, and renders when required.
Modify and optimize existing 3D assets based on feedback.
Ensure models meet required quality, polygon count, and technical specifications.
Maintain organized project files, assets, and naming conventions.
Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members.




Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling.
Strong proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D software, Z-brush
Strong understanding of modeling, topology, UV mapping, texturing, materials, and rendering.
Ability to create detailed and visually accurate models from references.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of proportions and form.
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into high-quality 3D assets.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating professional 3D work is required.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with hard-surface modeling.
Experience with Substance 3D Painter/Designer or similar texturing tools.
Knowledge of rendering engines such as Cycles, V-Ray, Arn
