Role Description The Architectural Drafter will work on-site in Kottayam in a full-time capacity, preparing precise architectural drawings and construction documentation for a variety of CAD and BIM projects.



Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating 2D drawings and 3D models, coordinating with architects and engineers, and translating design concepts into detailed plans for architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines. The role involves interpreting sketches and specifications, ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards, and supporting interior detailing, infrastructure drafting, and shop drawings. The Architectural Drafter will collaborate closely with project teams to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and contribute to continuous improvement in drafting workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Architectural Drawings and Drawing, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and detailed plans.
