About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of overall development experience and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, Flow Orchestration, integrations, scripting, and ServiceNow Studio.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with customer teams, architects, process owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

? Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow CMDB & ITSM solutions.
Develop Flow Orchestration and workflow automation solutions.
Build applications using ServiceNow Studio.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP and other integration mechanisms.
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and UI Policies.




Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in technical design, reviews and solution discussions.
Support upgrades, enhancements and production issues.
Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance and best practices.
Work closely with customers, process owners and technical teams.
