We are looking for Nursing Educator/Intructor/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for our Operation and Excellence Department

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing education and training programs.
Ensure adherence to nursing quality standards, protocols, and best practices.
Oversee and support day-to-day nursing operations across branches.
Monitor clinical competencies and identify training needs for nursing staff.
Act as the primary liaison between branch nursing teams and the head office to address nursing-related issues and ensure effective communication.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct nursing audits, evaluations, and follow-up training based on performance and quality indicators.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance nursing services and patient outcomes.





Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc./GNM); Master's degree preferred.
Mandatory prior experience as a Staff Nurse and Nursing In-Charge (Ward/Unit In-Charge or equivalent supervisory role).
Experience in nursing education, training, or clinical quality is preferred.
Solid knowledge of nursing practices, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols.
