Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and Montessori-trained educator to create a nurturing, child-centered learning environment that supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children. The teacher will guide students using Montessori principles, encourage independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement Montessori curriculum and learning activities
Prepare and maintain an organized, stimulating, and protected Montessori classroom environment.
Present Montessori materials and lessons according to Montessori methodology.
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development.
Support children's independence, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.




Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure high-quality educational standards.
Ensure the well-being, safety, and inclusion of all children.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Maintain classroom records, attendance, and developmental assessments.
Required Qualifications
Montessori certification from a recognized Montessori training institute (AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Experience working with children in a Montessori environment.
Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3+ years of Montessori teaching experience.
