Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce and digital transformation projects. This role oversees project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.



The Technical Project Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and UI/UX specialists, to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. Daily responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder communication, preparing status reports, facilitating project ceremonies, and enforcing best practices and process compliance. The role also involves driving continuous improvement, supporting pre-sales activities as needed, and ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience leading end-to-end technology or Salesforce projects.
Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, including guiding cross-functional teams, coaching team members, and fostering collaboration.
