About the Role
Mahavir Group is looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Global Sales Specialist to drive international business growth for our pigments and dyes portfolio.
The role involves identifying new markets, developing overseas customers, managing business relationships, and converting international opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent international customers, distributors, and business partners.
Generate leads through market research, LinkedIn, email outreach, trade databases, and exhibitions.
Develop and manage relationships with importers, distributors, traders, and manufacturers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pigment and dye solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on enquiries and samples.
Coordinate with internal teams for samples, technical documentation, pricing, production, and logistics.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing,



and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Achieve defined international sales and business development targets.
Represent Mahavir Group professionally at international exhibitions and customer meetings.
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in international sales, export sales, business development, or a related field.
Experience in chemicals, pigments, dyes, coatings, plastics, inks, or textiles will be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to communicate with customers across different countries and time zones.
International travel for exhibitions and customer meetings may be required.
