About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven and experienced EdTech Sales Executive with proven experience in EdTech / Education Sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling students, promoting educational programs, converting prospects into enrollments, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Counsel students/professionals and understand their career and learning requirements.
Explain courses, programs, fees, benefits, and career opportunities effectively.
Convert qualified leads into course enrollments and revenue.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Handle customer objections related to pricing, course value, competition, and payment.




Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a positive counselling experience.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.
Track daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.
Requirements
Mandatory: 1–5 years of proven experience in EdTech / Education Sales.
Experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, B2C Sales, or Course Sales is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong understanding of the EdTech sales cycle and student counselling process.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil
