alendroid Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead mechanical design activities as part of cross-functional project teams.
Develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications following GD&T; standards.
Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, FEA, and design verification activities.
Support technical design reviews and product validation efforts.
Manage engineering change requests and BOM updates.
Develop and maintain engineering design standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of product design experience.
Strong expertise in mechanical design, drafting standards,



and solid modeling.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo (ProE), NX (Unigraphics), or equivalent CAD software.
Experience with tolerance analysis of mechanical assemblies.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in plastic component design, mold design, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of FEA, MoldFlow, GMP, ISO standards, and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Ability to work effectively in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
