Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Head to lead digital acquisition and performance marketing for Presidium and Mother’s Pride across 15+ branches. The role will be responsible for driving qualified admission enquiries, enrolments, and marketing ROI across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategy across 15+ branches.
Drive qualified admission leads, campus visits, and enrolments through Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Manage branch-wise budgets, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and ROI.
Develop location-specific campaigns based on admission targets, competition, and market potential.
Optimize the complete lead-to-admission funnel in coordination with admissions and counselling teams.
Monitor branch-wise performance and identify opportunities for admission growth and cost optimization.
Lead creative, audience, landing-page,



and campaign testing to improve conversions.
Manage internal teams, digital agencies, and external vendors.
Build performance dashboards and present MIS, insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
Identify new digital channels and strategies for parent acquisition and admissions growth.

Candidate Profile
8–12+ years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Experience in education, schools, EdTech, or multi-location businesses preferred.
Robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
Proven experience managing large budgets and lead-generation campaigns.
